The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Tuesday (Nov 4) acquitted Bersatu Port Dickson division chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin of a charge of making seditious remarks that could tarnish the good name of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia.
Judge Norma Ismail ruled that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against Badrul Hisham, also known as Chegubard, at the close of the prosecution’s case.
