A funny and slightly terrifying moment was caught on camera when a man tried to film a spider only for it to leap straight at him.
Thomas Wilkie, a traffic controller from New South Wales, was with friends in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, observing the spider up close when it suddenly jumped toward him.
The group’s calm curiosity instantly turned into chaos as one friend screamed and everyone burst out laughing at the unexpected attack.
The hilarious video was shared online delighted viewers everywhere.
