This woman has told how her extreme case of HS (hidradenitis suppurativa) has caused her extreme pain underneath her armpit.
Vee Smith shared videos going in depth about her condition as she experienced a flare up, which is a inflammatory skin condition caused by an overactive immune response to clogged hair follicles.
The 28-year-old from Louisiana, USA, spoke about where her condition started and how she manages to deal with the pain and eventually get the boils to pop.
She said: "It was hurting so bad I couldn’t even wear a bra - it was unbearable.
"I’m so glad it’s gone.
Vee revealed how the spells of pain she gets from the condition can last for multiple days.
The condition has plagued her since she was young but only as she got older did the pain get worse.
She mentions that the boils started to grow and appear more often and in more places during her pregnancy, noting that the pain was so bad on the lower half of her body that she struggled to stay sat down.
Her videos have brought awareness for the condition, with some even reaching as high as 4.4 million views.
She said: "Honestly it started when I was really young. Like I was just getting boils here and there.
"It literally started getting worse as I got older. I started noticing my arms. This one in particular started off with just one.
"I had to deal with that while I was seven months pregnant with one on my butt. I couldn't even sit down and I was working.
"I shared a close-up of my flare-up to spread awareness and explain that I wouldn’t wish this condition on anyone."
