Those responsible for 'Tino-induced' heavy flooding face accountability -- Dizon
Secretary Vince Dizon on Nov. 5, 2025 says the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will investigate those responsible for the massive flooding that destroyed homes in Isla Verde, Barangay San Isidro, Talisay City, during Typhoon 'Tino.' Dizon said several infrastructure projects in Cebu were being investigated by the Infrastructure Commission of Investigation (ICI) and the DPWH’s internal team. He said anyone found responsible for the failed or wasteful projects would be held accountable.
