पवन सिंह और दिनेश लाल यादव उर्फ निरहुआ के बयान पर खेसारी लाला यादव ने एक बार फिर उन पर पलटवार किया है उन्हों ने कहा की मैं एक गरीब आदमी का बेटा हूं। मेरे पास स्नातक करने का साधन नहीं था... मैं गरीब पैदा हुआ था... वे (एनडीए नेता) अपनी भाषा पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं। वे किसानों का अपमान करने पर उतर आए हैं, लेकिन मैं उनका अपमान नहीं करूंगा क्योंकि मैं एक संस्कारी बेटा हूं और संस्कारी माता-पिता का बेटा हूं... मैं रोजगार की बात कर रहा हूं। वे धर्म की बात कर रहे हैं... मैं अभी जय श्री राम कह रहा हूं... लेकिन वे धर्म के नाम पर वोट लेना चाहते हैं... मैं कभी धर्म के खिलाफ नहीं रहा।
Khesari Lal Yadav has once again hit back at Pawan Singh and Dinesh Lal Yadav, also known as Nirahua, for their statements. He said, "I am the son of a poor man. I didn't have the means to graduate... I was born poor... They (NDA leaders) are not watching their language. They have resorted to insulting farmers, but I won't insult them because I am a cultured son and the son of cultured parents... I am talking about employment. They are talking about religion... I am saying Jai Shri Ram right now... but they want to get votes in the name of religion... I have never been against religion."
