Typhoon Uwan (international name: Fung-wong) has moved over the West Philippine Sea after crossing Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Monday morning, Nov. 10.
As of 7 a.m., the center of the eye of Uwan was located 125 kilometers west-northwest of Bacnotan, La Union. It was moving west-northwestward at 20 kilometers per hour (kph).
