A major terror plot was foiled in Delhi-NCR after Haryana and J&K Police seized a huge cache of war-like weapons and 360 kg of inflammable material, suspected to be ammonium nitrate. Faridabad CP Satender Kumar confirmed the arrest of Dr Muzammil, calling it part of an ongoing anti-terror operation.
