Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bhutan’s capital, Thimphu, on Tuesday for a two-day state visit, just hours after a deadly car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort killed 13 people.
Addressing the incident, PM Modi vowed that those responsible for the attack would not be spared and assured that justice will be delivered.
Authorities continue to investigate the explosion under India’s anti-terror law, the UAPA.
