Video: Car used in Delhi blast crossed Haryana toll plaza with explosives unchecked

In a shocking revelation, the white Hyundai i20 car that was blown up by terrorist Dr Umar Un Nabi near Red Fort in Delhi on November 10, was seen crossing a toll plaza in Haryana and it went unchecked.
