Look, the 2000 draft was a tricky one, with no consensus number one pick and a bunch of high schoolers. But Jordan made the wrong choice and also was really mean to that wrong choice.
He could have traded the pick, Elton Brand was available and in consideration. Jordan could have picked someone else, Pau Gasol was in the 2001 draft! But he didn't.
