On a lonely mountain road in Uttarakhand, there is a tea stall that opens only at midnight. One night, a 34-year-old traveler, having missed his bus, stopped there for tea. The shopkeeper served him a cup—but the taste felt strange and unsettling.
When the traveler asked, “Where do you get your sugar from?” the shopkeeper smiled and whispered, “This isn’t sugar… it’s bone powder.”
Terrified, the traveler dropped the cup. That’s when he noticed the other customers—sitting silently, their faces missing, only skulls faintly visible beneath the skin.
By morning, villagers found only ashes and a broken table.
The traveler was never seen again.
उत्तराखंड के एक सुनसान पहाड़ी रास्ते पर एक चाय की दुकान है, जो सिर्फ़ आधी रात को खुलती है।
एक रात, 34 साल का यात्री बस छूटने के कारण वहाँ रुक गया। दुकानदार ने उसे चाय दी, लेकिन उसका स्वाद अजीब था।
यात्री ने पूछा, “चीनी कहाँ से लाते हो?” दुकानदार मुस्कुराया —
“यह चीनी नहीं… हड्डी का चूरा है।”
डर के मारे यात्री के हाथ से कप गिर गया। तभी उसने देखा—पास बैठे सारे ग्राहक बिना चेहरों वाले थे, जिनकी खाल के नीचे बस खोपड़ी झलक रही थी।
सुबह जब लोग वहाँ पहुँचे, तो सिर्फ़ टूटी मेज़ और राख पड़ी थी।
यात्री कभी नहीं मिला।
