FAMINE (25), AKA 'Famine the Supermodel', is Chicago's premier drag queen, who is 'large and in charge, but with a corset on'. Famine is the epitome of confidence, fashion, and feminine energy all rolled up into a fierce larger than life ball! Famine told Transformed: "Famine's look is very much a fashion version of a showgirl with a little princess twist! It's costuming, it's sewing, it's makeup, it's styling hair...she is a huge confidence ball". When Famine is not in her drag alter ego, she is Joey, who is the complete opposite of the supermodel. Joey admits that her style is very 'drowned out' and lacks the effort and confidence that Famine has an abundance of. Famine admits she soaks up all of the femininity, which leaves Joey not feeling great about her look and style. Joey has always wanted to burst out of the background and be seen as a feminine, stylish woman, but this has always been something she's struggled with. Joey said: "I identify as a trans woman, but I don't think my style reflects that. I'm way more confident in Famine attire". Today, with the help of makeup artist Dana, Joey will be stepping out from the shadows and proving that she can be a supermodel without Famine taking up all of the limelight! Famine's best friends, Darla and Hex, have always wanted to see the real and beautiful Joey, but will they love her transformation?
