Shahjahanpur, UP: Dalit vegetable vendor Achal was allegedly asked about his caste and then brutally beaten with sticks.
Police have arrested Ajit Singh, Arvind Singh, Aditya Singh and Nikhil Singh. The incident took place in Paina Khurd Sundarnagar under Sindholi PS, where prompt action has been initiated.
