Former fastfood chain model produces first Spanish sardines from Bicol
Norman B. Meteoro, a former model for a fastfood chain and endorser and concurrent town councilor of San Jacinto, Ticao Island Masbate, produces the first Spanish sardines, locally called 'tamban,' in the Bicol Region. He told The Manila Times that from five, he is now employing 30 persons. The locally made sardines come in 'original,' 'mild,' hot' and 'spicy' flavors and has been sold in the markets across the Region since its establishment in 2008.
