Graft, plunder charges vs Romualdez, Co recommended before Ombudsman
Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon announces that the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) and the Department of Public Works and Highways recommends filing of charges at the Office of the Ombudsman against Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez and former Ako Bicol representative Zaldy Co for their involvement in several projects worth P100 billion. Dizon said that they used as basis the testimony of former marine Orly Guteza, as well as several documents.
