Minister of Works and Infrastructure Jearlean John, is promising a noticeable improvement in the condition of the nation's roads. TV6 News inquired of the Minister whether there are any plans to undertake a road rehabilitation exercise, following the fatal road traffic accident last Friday, where the 58-year-old victim is said to have crashed into on-coming vehicles, while trying to avoid a pothole on the Manahambre Road. Minister John pointed out that the current administration has inherited a network of roads across the country, where deterioration is a concern. However she says the travelling public can expect some tangible relief in the coming months.
