तमिलनाडु में साइक्लोन दितवाह की वजह से लगातार बारिश, तेज़ हवाओं और बाढ़ जैसी स्थिति ने लोगों की मुश्किलें बढ़ा दी हैं। मौसम विभाग ने अगले 24 घंटों के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है, जिसके बाद चेन्नई, तिरुवल्लूर और कांचीपुरम ज़िलों में आज सभी स्कूल और कॉलेज बंद रखने का आदेश जारी किया गया है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि हालात बिगड़ सकते हैं, इसलिए एहतियात ज़रूरी है।
