First, reviews can help improve your keyword rankings (with structured markup data), which can increase the traffic to a website. Second, reviews embedded on your website (using Trustindex.io widget) can increase the dwell time for users reading them, which is also a ranking factor for search engines. Third, having reviews above a purchase decision or form can be the final push / social proof needed for someone to make a decision. Overall, reviews are more than just reviews. They can positively impact your business in several ways
