Complaint filed before Ombudsman over legality of special polls for new set of village execs
Dr. Leila Lacuna and lawyer Michelle Africa file a complaint at the Office of the Ombudsman on Dec. 2, 2025 that questioned the legality of the special election and the installation of a new set of Liga ng mga Barangay officers in Quezon City which, they said, was conducted without proper authority and in violation of established procedures.
