Firefighter killed by falling tree on NSW fire front

He was conducting bushfire prevention work in Nerong, south of the Bulahdelah fire. Meanwhile, residents of Koolewong on the NSW Central Coast were forced to evacuate with little time to spare before the fire destroyed homes.
