Satya is an honest and fearless doctor who gets posted in the crime-ridden city of Kurnool. The city is controlled by a ruthless gangster named Guru, who rules through fear and violence.
When Satya stands up to Guru and tries to help innocent people, Guru destroys his life and brutally attacks him. Satya survives — but he doesn’t return as a doctor. He transforms into a tough and determined police officer whose only mission is to bring down Guru and end his terror.
The movie follows Satya’s journey from a soft-spoken medical professional to a strong, action-packed police warrior who fights back against crime, injustice, and the gangster who once broke him.
