Summiyah Malik, the host of the show "Iss Des Kai Desi Khaney" (Local Cuisine of The Land), takes you around the old city of Lahore, to the world famous Phajjay Ke Pa'ey. They are specialists of a dish that is prepared from the lower limbs of a cow, or a goat. It's a sticky, syrupy delicious curry that is eaten with a round bread baked fresh in an earthen oven.
