地元で開催されたミニ四駆レースに出走した四駆郎は、あるトラブルに巻き込まれ、同じレース出走者であるタンクローという少年の怒りを買う。そこに皇と名乗る男が仲裁に入った。皇はレースによって決着をつけることを提案。四駆郎はレースに勝ち、タンクローと仲直りする。

Yonkuro, who entered a local Mini 4WD race, got caught up in a problem and angered Tankuro, another racer. A man calling himself Kō stepped in to mediate. Sumeragi proposed settling the matter with a race. Yonkuro won the race and made up with Tankuro.
