An artist has captured a jaw-dropping moment on the water after spotting an anhinga also known as a snake bird showing off its expert fishing skills at the surface.
The video, filmed by Mark Smith from Orlando, Florida, USA, shows the bird erupting into what looks like a fish-flipping rodeo.
With lightning-fast precision, the anhinga spears its prey using its sharp, beak-like jaws, tossing the fish before swallowing it whole.
