पश्चिम बंगाल के ताहिरपुर (Tahirpur) में आज उस वक्त स्थिति तनावपूर्ण हो गई जब प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का हेलीकॉप्टर लैंडिंग के लिए तैयार था, लेकिन अंतिम समय पर उसे टालना पड़ा। जनसभा स्थल पर उमड़ी समर्थकों की बेहिसाब और 'तगड़ी भीड़' को देखते हुए सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने तुरंत अलर्ट जारी किया।
जैसे ही पीएम मोदी का चॉपर मैदान के ऊपर पहुंचा, वहां का नजारा देख पायलट और सुरक्षाकर्मी हैरान रह गए। भीड़ इतनी ज्यादा थी कि लैंडिंग जोन के पास सुरक्षा घेरा प्रभावित होने का खतरा बढ़ गया था। इस वाकये के बाद रैली स्थल पर मौजूद बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं और प्रशासन के बीच हड़कंप मच गया।
