The Telangana Housing Board has announced good news for the middle class. It has put up apartments in its Gachibowli housing complex for sale. These apartments have been made available to the public at affordable prices. 111 flats are being offered for sale in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The prices of these flats in Gachibowli range from ₹26 lakhs to ₹36.20 lakhs. Applications for these flats can be submitted online or through Meeseva centers. A payment of ₹1 lakh is required at the time of application, which is fully refundable. The last date for application is January 3rd. A draw will be held for the Gachibowli flats on January 6th.
తెలంగాణ హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు మధ్య తరగతి వారికి శుభవార్త చెప్పింది. గచ్చిబౌలిలోని హౌసింగ్ బోర్డులోని అపార్ట్మెంట్స్ ను అమ్మకానికి పెట్టింది. తక్కువ ధరలో ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చారు. హైదరాబాద్ గచ్చిబౌలిలో 111 ఫ్లాట్లు అమ్మనున్నారు. గచ్చిబౌలిలో ఫ్లాట్ల ధరలు రూ.26 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.36.20 లక్షల వరకు నిర్ణయించారు. ఈ ఫ్లాట్ల కోసం ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో లేదా మీ-సేవా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే సమయంలో రూ. లక్ష చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇది పూర్తిగా రిఫండబుల్. దరఖాస్తుకు చివరి తేదీ జనవరి 3. గచ్చిబౌలిలోని ఫ్లాట్లకు జనవరి 6న డ్రా చేస్తారు.
