With the northeast monsoon or “amihan” weakening and easterlies prevailing across much of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said no tropical cyclone or low-pressure area (LPA) is being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
