A woman, along with her lover, committed a heinous crime against her husband because he was an obstacle to their extramarital affair. V.J. Ashok (45) and J. Poornima (36), residents of Bengaluru, Karnataka, were married in 2011 and have a 12-year-old son. They live in East Brundavan Colony in Boduppal. Ashok works as a logistics manager at an engineering college in Yanamapet. Poornima had developed an extramarital affair with a young man named Mahesh.
