Sakamoto Katsuhei, a short, cocky first-year at Aobayama High, is a genius troublemaker who loves girls and pure white panties. One day, while being chased by Discipline Teacher Okazaki, he stumbles into the basketball club. His exceptional athletic ability catches the eye of Captain Tachibana, who urges him to join.
