उन्नाव दुष्कर्म मामले में दोषी पूर्व विधायक कुलदीप सिंह सेंगर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला दिया है। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट द्वारा दी गई जमानत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है। CBI ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी थी, जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए शीर्ष अदालत ने जमानत को फिलहाल स्थगित कर दिया। कोर्ट ने सेंगर को नोटिस जारी कर एक सप्ताह में जवाब मांगा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि आरोपी पहले से अन्य मामले में जेल में हैं। पीड़िता की मां ने फैसले पर संतोष जताते हुए सुरक्षा की मांग की है। मामला अब आगे की सुनवाई के लिए लंबित है।
The Supreme Court has stayed the Delhi High Court’s order granting bail to former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the Unnao r@pe case. Hearing the CBI’s plea, the court issued notice to Sengar and ruled he will remain in jail for now. The case awaits further hearing.
