The Prime Minister says those importing goods to sell to make a profit, should pay the fees, instead of someone else's taxes paying it for them.
This was one of the Prime Minister's responses to criticisms expressed by the Opposition Leader about the Government's recent increase in customs duties and fees for some other government services.
