Araku Blood Bank : ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు గిరిజన మహిళలకు నూతన సంవత్సర కానుకను ప్రకటించారు. అరకు నియోజకవర్గంలో సికిల్ సెల్ ఎనేమియా కారణంగా గిరిజన మహిళలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారంగా, ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రి ప్రాంగణంలో అత్యాధునిక 'బ్లడ్ బ్యాంక్' భవనాన్ని నిర్మించనున్నారు. 'అడవితల్లి బాట' కార్యక్రమంలో కురిడీ గ్రామంలో గిరిజన మహిళ ఇచ్చిన మాట మేరకు, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు దాతల సహకారంతో ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును చేపట్టారు. అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు జిల్లాలోని 1,500 మంది బాధితులకు ఇది వరం కానుంది.
