Plot: " The Batman, 2022"
The Riddler, a masked serial murderer, kills Gotham City mayor Don Mitchell Jr. on Halloween. Bruce Wayne, a reclusive billionaire who has been the vigilante Batman for two years, is looking into the murder with Lieutenant Jim Gordon. The Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) doesn't like this. The Riddler leaves a note for Batman at the scene of the crime.

The Batman is a 2022 American superhero movie based on the comic book character Batman. Matt Reeves directed the movie, which he co-wrote with Peter Craig. It is a remake of the Batman movie series. Robert Pattinson plays Bruce Wayne/Batman, and Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell also star in the movie. Batman is in his second year of battling crime in Gotham City. He discovers corruption that is linked to his own family while trying to catch the Riddler (Dano), a mysterious serial killer who is targeting the city's elite. DC Films and Warner Bros. Pictures made the movie with Reeves and Dylan Clark.
