かつて地上は恐竜と、恐竜から進化した人間「妖精族」が共に暮らしていた。しかし1億7千万年前、恐竜部族の長の一人が悪魔と契約して人類滅亡を画策。五大部族たちは守護獣と共に、悪魔と悪魔に魂を売った魔女バンドーラと戦う。悪魔を撃退し、1億7000万年周期で宇宙を巡る惑星ネメシスへバンドーラと手下たちを封印したが世界は大氷河に覆い尽くされ、恐竜は絶滅してしまう。恐竜族は長い時間の間に消え、妖精族は新たに進化した人間に溶け込み暮らしていたが、ネメシスに飛来したスペースシャトルの乗組員たちのミスでバンドーラが復活し、再び地球を狙う。しかし、長い眠りについていた古代人類の戦士たちもまた、彼らと戦うために不思議仙人バーザによって目覚めた。地上に残された最後の恐竜の卵を巡る神と悪魔の決戦の物語が始まった。

Once upon a time, dinosaurs and the “Fairy Tribe”—humans evolved from dinosaurs—lived together on Earth. However, 170 million years ago, one of the dinosaur tribe chiefs made a pact with a demon, plotting humanity's extinction. The five great tribes, alongside their guardian beasts, fought against the demon and the witch Bandora, who had sold her soul to it. They defeated the demon and sealed Bandora and her minions away on the planet Nemesis, which orbits the universe on a 170-million-year cycle. However, the world became covered in a great ice age, and the dinosaurs became extinct. The dinosaur tribe vanished over time, and the fairy tribe blended into the newly evolved humans and lived among them. However, due to a mistake by the crew of a space shuttle that arrived at Nemesis, Bandora was revived and once again targeted Earth. Yet, the ancient human warriors, who had been in a long slumber, were also awakened by the mysterious sage Barza to fight them. The story of the final battle between God and the devil over the last dinosaur egg left on Earth began.
