Daniel Sanders won stage two of the Dakar 2026 between Yanbu and AlUla, with KTM obtaining a one-two finish, as Edgar Canet completed the stage just behind his Australian colleague. Sanders is now the overall leader by 30" ahead of his prodigious young Spanish teammate. In the Ultimate class American Seth Quintero won the stage ahead of South African Henk Lategan, making it a one-two for the Toyota Gazoo Racing W2RC team. Nasser Al Attiyah capitalised on his consistency since the start, finishing eighth on the stage to take the overall lead.
