His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, has urged the Malaysian Army to uphold integrity and trust, warning that corruption poses a serious threat to the credibility of the nation’s defence forces.
During an audience with newly appointed Army Chief General Datuk Azhan Md Othman at Istana Bukit Tunku on Wednesday, Sultan Ibrahim stressed that leadership with integrity must begin at the highest levels, adding that any abuse of power or misconduct will not be tolerated.
