Possum River — Possum River 1971 (USA, Folk, Psychedelic, Hard Rock)
The band's only album from the United States. A combination of psychedelia and southern rock. Guitarist/vocalist Lenny Kerley and drummer Denny Conroy were former members of the band The Cryan' Shames. This latter circumstance, as well as all other indications, indicate that Possum River's sphere of influence was Chicago and its surrounding areas, but what became of the band members after the release of their only self-titled album remains unknown.
