Pirana — Pirana II 1972 (Australia, Heavy Progressive Rock)

Shortly after the release of their debut album, Stan White left the band to join The Going Thing. Tony Hamilton, the songwriter for their second album, Pirana II, released in late 1972, took over the lead. Unfortunately, they never achieved fame or success, although a superb performance at the 1972 Sunbury Pop Festival gave the band a true commercial breakthrough. Keith Greig left the band in 1972, and the musicians suffered setbacks for the next two years, leading to their disbandment in late 1974.
