President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. orders the Philippine Coast Guard to board and inspect all dredgers operating in Manila Bay as part of its reclamation project. This, following a report from maritime incursion watchdog SeaLight about a dredger that was found to have broadcast through its AIS several identities, including the flag it carried, as it sailed from China to Manila Bay.
