Tomas Soucek criticises ‘joke’ penalty as Nottingham Forest extend West Ham’s winless run

After a second Irons goal was ruled out and a penalty handed Forest the win, West Ham midfielder Tomas Soucek has branded the late VAR decision a "joke".
