A rainy day in New York City quickly turned painful when a man’s umbrella completely malfunctioned the moment he tried to open it.
The video, filmed by Joe Fowler from New York City, New York, USA, shows the 29-year-old stepping outside in the rain before opening his umbrella, only for the handle to remain in his hand as the umbrella flew off and snapped forward into the street.
The sudden break left Joe standing there stunned, holding just the stick as the umbrella canopy tumbled away, turning a routine moment into an instant fail.
The clip was shared on Instagram, capturing a perfectly timed mishap.
