A Christmas morning surprise took an unexpected turn when a couple had to chase a chicken through their backyard to uncover their holiday gift.
The video, filmed by a content creator and business owner Sariah Howell, from West Haven, Utah, USA, shows John and Charity Jones, ages 52 and 49, attempting to catch a chicken that had their Christmas gift clue tied to it.
What starts as confusion quickly turns into laughter as the chicken darted around the yard, keeping the clue just out of reach while the pair attempted to outsmart the hen.
Eventually, after plenty of chasing, they managed to retrieve the clue, turning the entire moment into a memorable and hilarious Christmas surprise.
The wholesome moment was shared on Instagram, with one user commenting: “Love it! Try hard mode with ducks .”
