Even though the 2026 Regional Four-Day Tournament does not start until April, the T&T Red Force players continue to train religiously.
That includes batter Cephas Cooper, who has been doing so in a thorough manner with the hope of an even more productive season than last year.
We met up with Cooper following a training session at the National Cricket Centre in Couva.
