Meerut Kapsad Ruby Case : आरोपी Paras एक गलती से हुआ गिरफ्तार, रूबी पर बड़ा खुलासा !
मेरठ के सरधना से अगवा युवती तीसरे दिन रुड़की में मिल गई है। पुलिस ने लड़की को बरामद कर आरोपी पारस सोम को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। रेलवे स्टेशन से पकड़े गए हैं। आरोपी हरिद्वार भागने की तैयारी में था।वहीं आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के बाद रविवार को सबसे पहले एसीजेएम द्वितीय की कोर्ट में रूबी को पेश किया गया। यहां पुलिस ने चुपचाप करीब 50 मिनट तक रूबी के बयान कराए, उसके बाद पुलिस उसे अपने साथ ले गई। इसके कुछ देर बाद शाम करीब पौने पांच बजे पारस को सीजएम कोर्ट में पेश किया गया। यहां से उसे 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में मेरठ जिला कारागार भेज दिया गया
A young woman abducted from Sardhana in Meerut was found in Roorkee on the third day. Police rescued the girl and arrested the accused, Paras Som. They were apprehended at the railway station. The accused was preparing to flee to Haridwar. Following his arrest, Ruby was first presented before the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II on Sunday. The police quietly recorded Ruby's statement for about 50 minutes, after which they took her away. A short while later, at around 4:45 PM, Paras was presented before the Chief Judicial Magistrate's court. From there, he was sent to Meerut District Jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
