Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar says the NFA decision in Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s graft case was made after reviewing six representations and was not arbitrary.
On Jan 8, the Attorney General's Chambers issued a statement on the matter, saying the NFA decision resulted in the case's final termination.
