Bulk-billed clinics double Australia-wide but availability in the capital remains low

A new survey shows the percentage of fully bulk-billing medical clinics across Australia has almost doubled in the past year. But the availability in the ACT remains stubbornly low, with just one in 10 clinics offering bulk-billed care.
