Multi-agency recovery hub set up for Victorian residents affected by fires

Emergency services are hoping residents of Harcourt in central Victoria will soon be able to return to their homes. The Ravenswood fire is almost entirely contained. Reporter Kathleen O’Connor has more from Castlemaine near Harcourt.
