A routine workout quickly took an unexpected turn when a calisthenics move ended in a harmless tumble.
Carter Finsand was practicing a front lever at home when he appeared to complete the move without any trouble. Everything seemed under control as he prepared to dismount.
But the moment he let go, he lost his balance and tumbled down a short set of stairs, turning a clean finish into a surprising fall.
Luckily, no one was hurt and the mishap quickly became a funny anecdote rather than a serious accident.
Carter, who lives in Highland, Utah, USA, didn’t hesitate to share the clip on Instagram, where it drew laughs and reactions from viewers.
