A street magician left a confident math lover completely shaken after a card trick unraveled everything he thought he understood about logic and probability.
The video, filmed by magician Baenedict K Thiveanathan at Rundle Mall in Adelaide, Australia, shows a passerby confidently claiming he could figure out any mathematical trick.
As the performance unfolds, the magician repeatedly challenges probability, guiding the man through a series of choices involving numbers and cards.
With every reveal, the man grows more unsettled, watching the odds collapse in real time as sixes appear exactly where they “shouldn’t.”
What begins as calm curiosity quickly turns into disbelief as the final impossible outcome lands perfectly.
By the end, the stunned spectator can only laugh and admit defeat, declaring that his “life was a lie,” as his understanding of math meets the chaos of magic.
