Convicted rapist Tom Silvagni files appeal against convictions

Lawyers for convicted rapist Tom Silvarney have filed an application for leave to appeal. In December, the 23-year-old was sentenced to six years and two months in jail by the county court after he was convicted of two counts of rape.
